Maria Drueco, IPMA-ACP

Maria Drueco, an immigrant woman of color, is a seasoned Talent Management Consultant, Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity Strategist, and Author of “UnHide Yourself.” With over a decade in HR, she integrates Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion principles into talent management, emphasizing antiracism and intercultural training. Maria empowers individuals and leaders to cultivate diverse workforces and foster equitable, inclusive, and resilient cultures. She is a global presenter, traveler, non-profit supporter, and mentor to new immigrants, committed to creating an inclusive world.
