Introducing Working Stronger 2021

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Alberta Division is hosting our virtual workplace mental health conference on March 9 & 10, 2021. Alberta’s workplace mental health conference is designed to help Alberta’s employers create and maintain mentally healthy workplaces despite the obstacles we’ve experienced in 2020.

Working Stronger – Building resilient workplaces in the face of challenges is a virtual opportunity that brings together employers, leaders, employees, union leaders, frontline service workers, first responders, consultants, human resource professionals, occupational health and safety personnel and health professionals from across the province to learn about best practices in workplace mental health. Through informative speakers, engaging panel discussions and comprehensive workshops we empower delegates to become mental health champions in their workplace.

Resiliency Training

Obtain practical resources and tools to build employee coping skills, resilience and social supports throughout COVID-19 and other challenges organizations face.

Inclusivity Discussions

Find solutions to work collaboratively, build inclusive workplaces and enhance mental health through panels and discussions.

Network Access

All delegates receive a membership to the Working Stronger Network, which includes access to workplace mental health webinars, tools and resources.

Working Stronger's Virtual Format

We are dedicated to bringing the Working Stronger Conference to employers and employees across the province in the safest, most rewarding way possible. As such, we are planning a rewarding and interactive virtual event.

Working Stronger’s virtual format will foster strong connections, integrate rewarding workplace strategies and allow for more organizations to participate in this industry-leading event. The Working Stronger Conference brings together creative and inspiring mental health thinkers and leaders to network, exchange ideas and have a conversation that will help advance efforts for healthier workplaces across the province.

Introducing the Working Stronger Network

This year’s conference isn’t just a two day event! Working Stronger participants receive a membership to CMHA’s Working Stronger Network, which provides an opportunity to continue your learning at no-cost, with regularly released webinars, tools, training and networking opportunities.
